Biography
Gilsu worked as an urban designer in South Korea before earning a doctoral degree inCity and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University (OSU). During his time as a doctoral student, he taught GIS labs for five years. His research interests revolve around the benefits of travel in enhancing public health and its relationships with the built environment. Currently, his focus lies on behavior analyses and interventions that promote safe driving, bicycling and walking.
