Biography

 

Stephanie is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Biostatistics and has four years of experience working with the Injury Prevention Research Center to provide statistical support. Through her involvement in the TRIPS lab, she has performed analysis for studies spanning traffic crashes, bicyclists and younger drivers, and has cultivated a special interest in safety for vulnerable road users. She is also a scholar of the 2024 iCREATE SCOPE - Summer School on Violence and Injury Prevention held in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

Her statistical experience encompasses a wide scope of techniques including causal inference and Bayesian methods. She has a strong academic interest in applying innovative statistical techniques in the field of injury prevention.
