The TRIPS Lab collaborated with the Injury Prevention Research Center (IPRC) to develop a policy brief addressing one of Iowa’s roadway safety gaps: the lack of a clear, enforceable standard for how motorists should pass bicyclists and slow‑moving vehicles.
